Rock and Roll – By Susan Sheets

This image was shot in Death Valley National Park on a beautiful October morning at Zabriskie Point. A photographers dream come true. I have visited this vast desert park with my partner in crime twice and hope to return in the future. The shot was made with an Olympus EM1Mk2 camera at 240mm, iso 200, f6.3 for 1/80 sec.

First Place

Cascade Dreams – By Susan Sheets

Henline Falls is an impressive waterfall in the Willamette National Forest that I have photographed in all seasons over many years.  It is a place I love. This shot was taken in July when water levels were quite low.  The filtered light made a misty, peaceful magic all its own at the bottom of the falls.
Shot with an Olympus EM5MkII, at 38mm, ISO 320, f3.5, 1/50 sec.
