First Place
Cape Arago Sunset by Jim Ingraham
This image was taken in the middle of March on a very stormy day. The wind was howling and the rain was blowing sideways.
Turning the image to a more monchrome look and boosting the contrast and reducing haze helped to bring out the drama of the powerful waves. Camera data: Nikon D850 with 24-70 lens at 32 mm. ISO 800, f10 at 1/640th of a second.
