Year End Picnic is June 7th
Education Night is Wed. May 17th, 6:30pm
Our last official club meeting for the year is this Wed. 17th. We will be doing a downtown photo walk.
WHERE: We will meet at 6:30 pm, (HALF HOUR EARLIER), at the Parking lot by the Haul Restaurant. 121 SW H St, Grants Pass, between 5th and 6th across from Sunshine Natural Foods.
WHAT: We’ll call this Alphabet Soup. You will be given 10-12 letters of the alphabet. You are tasked with finding a way to interpret that letter by using a word or technique that begins with that letter. Grab a partner or a mentor for this one. We’ll shoot for about an hour and a little bit. We’re hoping everyone will share their results on FB. Perhaps a snack or something to sip afterwards?

Cottagecore Girl by Lisa Lane
Lisa writes about her image: My image, Cottagecore Girl, was taken at the historical Hanley Farm in Medford, at a portrait slam event in September of 2021. Cottagecore is an aesthetic inspired by a romanticized interpretation of western agricultural life. I regularly attend portrait slam events because I have a passion for editorial portraits and fashion photography. I shoot with a Canon EOS 90D and this image was taken with an 85mm lens at f/5.6, 1/640, ISO 640.
