Parliament At Night

Dave writes about his image: “This photo of the Hungarian Parliament Building in Budapest was taken on a recent cruise of the Danube River. It was taken from our boat, that was docked just across the river from this beautifully lit building. It was very impressive from our vantage point, and I’m glad I was able to get some great photo captures. Shot was taken with a Canon 6d, 24-70mm lens, 1/80 sec., f5.6, ISO 16,000. I have enjoyed being a member of the Caveman Camera Club since 2009.”

New this year in our competitions there is an option to have a “critique only” on your images or prints. Your image will not be scored. The judge(s) will critique your image and provide feedback but no score. On all your entries Please include whether the image is in the Open or Assigned category and if you would like a Critique Only, (no score). If not noted each image will be scored and critiqued. Thanks!

Getting Ready 2019-2020 – Sept. 4th Competition Meeting
Our first meeting of the year and competition isn’t too far off! There is plenty happening behind the scenes as we get ready for the Club year. Judge training, fine tuning our electronic equipment, shuffling duties as we get ready for 2019-2020. There is a lot of information about judging and competitions under the Competition Tab here on the website.
