In the Cold Morning Light — Rudy Dierks

Looking Up — Jim Ingraham

Jim says about his image: ”Looking Up” was taken at Reinhart Volunteer Park (All Sports Park). Taken with a zoom lens on a full-frame camera set at 460mm and an aperture of f5.6. ISO was 1600 and the shutter speed was 1/400th of a second handheld with vibration reduction on the lens. I sometimes see this particular ‘pose’ when there is a bird of prey overhead.

Underneath — Susan Sheets

Susan says about her image: I captured this mama fox and her kit on a sweltering July day this past year. The family took up residence under my shed until the kits were weaned and I enjoyed every minute of their stay. I spent numerous happy hours trying to catch them with my camera. I shot this with my Olympus EM1 MK3 camera and at 400mm.

Fall Creek

Photograph by Jim Ingraham

Jim writes about his Image:

Fall Creek is off Hwy 58 (Willamette Hwy) about an hour southeast of Eugene. It’s a beautiful day hike with some impressive falls. The creek is wonderfully surrounded with greenery. This image was taken in June a couple years ago. Shot with a Nikon D850 and 24 mm lens on a tripod. F16 at about a second and ISO 64.
I enjoy the camera club because it keeps me connected with like-minded enthusiasts of the photographic medium, whether beginners or advanced photographers.
Congratulations, Jim, on your beautiful image! Look for Jim’s image soon in the Daily Courier!
